I created lp:uci-ops this evening as a place for putting our tools for
managing the CI servers. I've started off by writing a small utility
that runs a command on every CI server, using Landscape's API for
finding the hostnames.

First person to say, "where are the tests?" gets to hook it up to Tarmac.
