Re: Planned Maintenance Advisory: CI Touch Smoke / CI Dashboard

 

This is an excellent email, and I want to hold it up as an example to
the whole team. You clearly articulated what benefit this was bringing
to the stakeholders, timeboxed the downtime, and made it clear that
the interruption was limited to just smoke testing and the dashboard.

My only minor nit is that you didn't send this to
https://launchpad.net/~canonical-ci-announce. Please can we do this in
the future for all maintenance announcements?
