I would like to request a canonistack quota increase for the following
users (launchpad ids):
 - adconrad (Adam Conrad)
 - doanac (Andy Doan)
 - cjohnston (Chris Johnston)
 - ev (Evan Dandrea)
 - fginther (Francis Ginther)
 - joetalbott (Joe Talbott)
 - larry-e-works (Larry Works)
 - psivaa (Parameswaran Sivatharman)
 - pwlars (Paul Larson)
 - ricklfowler (Rick Fowler)
 - ursinha (Ursula Junque)
 - vila (Vincent Ladeuil)
 - stevenk (Steve Kowalik)
 - wgrant (William Grant)
 - ci-engineering (a canonistack role account)

Specifically, I'd like to request 2x the default quota for instances,
cpu cores and RAM on the lcy02 cloud (both lcy01 and lcy02 would be
ideal).

The Ubuntu Engineering CI team is developing a new cloud based
architecture and we will soon be running into our default limits. Evan
Dandrea is line manager for the effort.

It would be great if this could be ready next week.
