The performance topic focused on mir:
 - There is one set of tests ready to run on the phone with pass/fail
criteria. The QA team has this ready (and the dependencies are now
available) so we should be able to activate this testing now.
ChrisGagnon to work with fginther to enable these as gating tests.
 - The other testing component still needs more data collection. The
mir test ring (http://m-jenkins.ubuntu-ci:8080/) needs to run for at
least two weeks to collect statistical data. This data is needed to
determine what tests could be used for gating and alerting.

Two other topics were discussed:
 - Subunit support in the CI Dashboard - A followup meeting was
created today with the Dashboard and QA experts to create a support
plan.
 - Support for adding annotations to dashboard test reports - this is
a wishlist feature request, dashboard folks are in the loop.
    - Want to annotate individual test failure page
    - Can see what failures have already been reviewed by another engineer
    - Want to aggregate this data at higher levels
