Okay, I've talked to Michelle.

If you haven't sent in your travel request yet, make sure you select
"Travel only" in the drop down. You should then *not see* the box to
input a number of nights hotel stay, but if you do, leave it blank.

For those of you that have sent reports already, don't worry about it.
Michelle is aware that this is confusing and is kicking ass behind the
scenes to make sure things are tidied up.
