The emulator is critical in the CI Airline story. With everything else
building on top of prodstack or farming out work to Launchpad PPA
buildds, the physical phones become the most fragile part of the
system.

Michael Frey is project managing the emulator bringup. Do you have
requirements for what we need from the emulator? Can you speak to how
we'll be integrating it, so they have a better idea of what they're
building it for (I imagine we'll be the largest consumer)? If so,
