how many builds we're doing?
 - ~5000 builds per each arch (i386/amd64/armhf) during october
total build time on average?
 - Build times range from 10 to 75 minutes, average is probably close
to 30 minutes

Current Capacity:
 - x86
   - We have two builders each configured to do 12 concurrent builds.
   - jenkins load stats show that we keep them about 25% utilized with
spikes around 50%.
   - Before the second builder was added in September, we were maxing
out the single system for the majority of the day and creating a wait
queue of a 3-4 hours.

 - armhf
   - 6 nodes capable of 2 concurrent builds (12 total build slots)
   - jenkins shows load spikes around 75% with normal load < 40%
   - jenkins does show an occasional wait queue
