Greetings,

With the evolution of the Ubuntu Project to now include a Ubuntu Touch, the
'Foundations' track for the Ubuntu Developer Summit has become a little too
narrowly focused. With this, we have decided to widen the scope of the
'Foundations' track to be called the 'Core' track which will include things
relating to the Ubuntu core infrastructure, release management, the kernel,
hardware enablement, Platform API, Telephony, Core touch OS, and continuous
integration.

When creating a blueprint for these topics please use the format:

core-1311-<NAME>
