Alex and Didier: in case you missed the ping on irc about this, image 3 is
looking fairly decent and showing consistent results on both mako [1] and
maguro [2].  At Alex's recommendation I extended the top delay in
systemsettle and reran the 3 jobs on maguro that had systemsettle
differences from mako and they were fine after that.  Also, the same number
of failures for the trusty image 3 testing on both platforms match what we
see for Saucy image 101 [3].

One thing to be aware of, is that it appears we have a new powerd crash in
image 3 on Trusty [4]. It also doesn't look like this showed up for maguro,
just on mako.  Otherwise, there is an occasional qmlscene crash, which
seems easily reproducible on rssreader especially. It was seen before though
