Thank you so much for doing this! I'll add some notes from my own
experience getting access to and familiarising myself with these
systems once I'm back from the conference.

Remember everyone, we want to at least be putting a row in the
IncidentLog whenever we have a service interruption. If the problem
was in any way preventable or you have thoughts on how we can avoid it
in the future, please flesh out an incident report as vila has done
here.
We had one of these today that caused me to wake Rick up at 4am:

I don't want to make a habit of this (and I'm sure Rick and Larry
don't want me to either). Ubuntu Engineering is only becoming more
reliant on these services, so let's make sure as we firefight that
we're creating clear action items in the wiki to prevent similar
issues from cropping up in the future.
