* added instance to snakefruit:10041 as "ubuntu_ci-1"
* poked lutin firewall to allow QA lab (magners_orchestra host) -> snakefruit:10041

= Next:
* verify /etc/init.d/statsd_ubuntu_ci_1 start ok
* coordinate w/developers to test injecting metrics (else batuan may need poking also)
