Hi,

here is a quick status update from me. I worked with Michael Nelson
the last few days on the client and we talked on irc quite a bit and
made good progress.

I have two branches on LP that start implementing the features we
need.

== lp:~mvo/software-center/buy-something ==

This branch implements the webkit view (that shows a dummy page) and
the JS callbacks (as speced on the SoftwareCenterAgent page for "I
want to buy X"). 

It also contains some code to update the xapian db from json results
(for "What is available for purchase") and repository adding/key
fetching (with the latest aptdaemon).

== lp:~mvo/software-center/lazr	== 

This branch contains a gobject based ubuntu-sso login object
that can be wired up with the login dialog that s-c provides. It will
also form the basis for the SoftwareCenterAgent restfulclient gobject
(that is needed "What have I purchased?").

My next tasks:
- wire up the login dialog with the ubuntu-sso gobject
- create SoftwareCenterAgent gobject
- dynamically update the list of for-pay apps from s-c-agent
