I have created this team, taken ownership of the bind project in launchpad,
and uploaded the current repos.

lp:bind
 -- the master debian source
lp:~bind-team/bind/+git/bind9-isc
 -- a repo containing pretty much one commit per upstream release.

I'll be converting the whole thing to quilt over the next little while,
to aid in the whole team-management thing.

I'd like to have final say on commits for at least a little while,
though I've certainly set things up to not require that.  Once it's
quilted, I'll do my best to at least request reviews and wait a little
before uploading...  I'm sure that process will develop.
