[Bug 960401] Re: mrp_analytics_control crashes on install
** Description changed:
Hi,
After trying the downloadable version of mrp_extension_modules dated
2011-06-24 I faced some bugs that were already reported and fixed, so I
downloaded 138 version via bazaar. I tried to install this version but
it gives this error message when installing mrp_analytics_control:
"ValidateError
Error occurred while validating the field(s) res_model,src_model: Invalid model name in the action definition."
- The other modules (mrp_advanded_operations, mrp_manufacturing_cost,
- mpr_master_extension) are correctly installed. Besides the modules
- manager says that it is no able to install mrp_advanced_lot_control.
+ I edit this text because I found out where is the issue: I wasn't using
+ an empty db but with the demo data. I created a new fresh empty db and
+ now the modules installed flawlessly.
- I'm using OpenERP 6.0.3 with a fresh db on an Ubuntu 11.10.
+ You can close this bug. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks a lot
Juan Ramón
+
+ P.D.: the downloadable file for this module has many bugs. I'd be a good
+ idea to update that file up to the last version.
