Title:
  Adding Consumed on for Components to BoM with set routing.

Status in Avanzosc OpenERP modules:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  If you have set the Routing on the BoM and then saved the BoM for
  later process. The reference used by Consumed On to find the operation
  is lost when you go back and try to set it for a product.

  So the routing reference isn't loaded when the BoM is edited and need
  to be reset to access the operation.

  Steps to recreate this:
  1) Make a BoM.
  2) Add Component to BoM without Consumed on.
  3) Add Routing to the BoM.
  4) Save BoM.
  5) Close BoM.
  6) Open BoM.
  7) Set Consumed on for the saved Component.
