Hi Kevin,

Could you please, specify which modules have you installed? If you
installed mrp_operations, this module is not compatible with the one we
have (mrp_operations_ext). We know that the name is confusing so, in the
last revision we changed to mrp_avanced_operations.

  Various issues

Status in Avanzosc OpenERP modules:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  You suggested I look at your modules in response to my bug report
  847494 regarding accounting issues with OpenERP manufacturing. I have
  loaded the modules and advise the following:

  1. mrp_operations_ext fails to load with error: no ref to
  mrp_operations_ext.mrp_production_operations_real_tree_view_inherit.
  Since I am not technical I got past this by commenting out this
  section, so not sure if that relates to what is next.

  2. product name field not visible - in product view & Master Data -
  Bill of Materials the product name is not appearing, but is appearing
  in Bill of Material Components view.

  3. In SO, "Configure New Product" - displays a form but does nothing?

  4. Created a MO but got a "Invalid form, correct red fields" as soon
  as I tried anything - but nothing appears in red?

  5. My initial bug also referred to the absence of a work in progress
  accounting concept for manufacturing - is this resolved by your
  modules? If so, how is it set up?

  I am very happy to do any testing in this area - my client's needs are
  very simple (just assembly really rather than manufacturing) but with
  large multi-level BOMs, and ideally with correct accounting :) If
  there is any documentation you can share that would be great as well.
