1. Need to add exception handling to all launchpad access calls.

2. If there are things that anyone sees that needs attention or
   fixing, please add "# FIXME <irc nic> What needs attention".
   For example:
        # FIXME bjf: Needs exception handling around this call to lpbug.attachments_collection
